Maintenance service includes maintenance of information systems, either by us or our client's own servers. In cooperation with Crescom, our maintenance service is particularly suitable for demanding and usability critical systems maintenance, that meets the regulations of the Ministry of Communications for class A device premises (48B/2004M - "Important areas" and "Very important areas").

Our maintenance expertise covers among other things the following operating systems: Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora, Gentoo, Suse) and Windows 2003. Support services and service levels (SLAs) according to the contract are part of our maintenance – even duty 24/7/365 if necessary. Contents of the service is tailored to customer needs to cover the system updates, problems, solutions, user support, counseling and other specified maintenance tasks.
